You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities performed under your account. SocietyNest is not liable for unauthorized access caused by weak password practices, credential sharing, or user negligence.

5. Payments and Pricing

Pricing, subscriptions, custom development charges, onboarding fees, white-label fees, and add-on costs may vary depending on the plan and service scope.

All payment terms, billing cycles, and custom pricing arrangements will be governed by the applicable invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

6. Custom Software and White-Label Services
